The allure of the moon shining with beautiful energy, presents itself with mystical perfectionism. The energy of our moon holds a meaningful place in metaphysical awareness. The nature of our reality is metaphysically explored through ideas beyond our physical world. The depth of consciousness and existence is referred to as metaphysical awareness. The root of spirituality is the celestial energy that is in everything. When this energy is believed in wholeheartedly, the world and everything in it, becomes new.

The lunar cycle resonates with the natural patterns of existence. Such as, stages of rebirth, development, and obstacles that are always flowing as we go about our life. When we align our actions with the lunar cycle, the energy of the moon can be followed as a meaningful guide. Believing in the magic of this celestial energy will assist in enhancing our connection with ourselves and the divine energy of the universe. By engaging with the energy of each moon phase, we are directing connection within our spiritual being. Using each phase as a spiritual guide invites creative advancement and balance in, as we navigate the stages of life.

As our moon orbits the earth, the image of the moon's appearance, will change as different amounts of it are highlighted by the sun. The moon undergoes 8 phases every month. 28 days marks one full lunar cycle. Every stage of the moon has its own enchanted spiritual energy. Allowing momentum for fresh starts, improvements, meditation and letting go. The moon will guide our sacred practices as it mirrors the flow of the patterns within our life. Syncing spiritual activities with each phase of the moon will bring to one, self-realization and inner healing. Utilizing the energy of each phase will amplify the meaning within our spiritual explorations.

New Moon

• Write creative intentions/goals with imaginative new energy.

• Visualize future adventures that are connected to your success.

• Create a physical image to focus on daily, that gives you a sense of true passion. (Vision boards or detailed illustrations)

The first phase in the lunar cycle is the New Moon. This phase is a wonderful phase to start intentionally planning. The energy of this moon gives one a fresh start and allows new goals to be manifested. Empowering oneself to have new creative ideas is needed for upcoming opportunities. Fresh/clean energy surrounds the spiritual being and is there for you to use it as an instrument, for expansion and improvement. The present phase is a great time to reset and rethink personal goals. Planting seeds during this time will be beneficial because you will see the results at the end of the lunar cycle. The moon is invisible because the sun is not illuminating it in this phase.

Waxing Crescent

• Take meaningful steps towards your wishes, with promising energy.

• Imagine prosperity and watch your potential bloom.

• Create a path of consistent behaviors that lead to purposeful results.

The second phase in the lunar cycle is the Waxing Crescent. This phase is a time for defining the desires we set in the previous energy stage. Understanding our passions with determination, and belief will be rewarding. During this period, we should create a plan of action, that aligns with our intentions. Faithful energy surrounds the spiritual being and is here gifting you delight to look forward, and the drive to stand with your intentions. Maintaining optimism and belief for your path is needed for improvement. Moving closer to the desires we have highlighted in the previous phase, will give us a progressive mindset. The moon is visible, and the sun is illuminating it. Showing itself with a thin ray of light.

First Quarter

• Develop essential revisions and the act of sharpening intentions is needed along the way.

• Overcome hardships by coming up with brilliant solutions that get rid of personal barriers.

• Produce mental strategies to push past difficulties, while still holding onto your purpose.

The third phase in the lunar cycle is the First Quarter. This phase is a period of facing and navigating through our personal obstacles. The challenges that are presenting themselves, stand between you and your specific intentions. Problem-solving energy surrounds the spiritual being and should be used as our guide, through trials and challenges. Courage enables one to stay concentrated. Being able to be tested is a great way to gain strength and helps one to earn intellectual persistence. During this period of time, the lunar cycle is at a halfway mark between the new moon and the full moon. This phase helps us understand that there are obstacles in any adventure, and these tests do not stop you from reaching your destination. The moon is illuminated by the sun, creating a perfect semicircle.

Waxing Gibbous

• Let go of anything that does not contribute to your success.

• Concentrate on accomplishing priorities and smaller objectives that lead to your goals.

• Keep your patience and continue adapting with positivity as you move onward.

The fourth phase in the lunar cycle is the Waxing Gibbous. This phase is a time for polishing and detailing our goals with more reviewing. Looking forward with positivity, is natural in this time because we are aware of the commitment and effort we have focused on throughout the previous phases. Fine-tuning energy surrounds the spiritual body as we are approaching fruition. Specifying what is helping one to progress, and being aware of what is not guiding enhancement, should be focused on in the present phase. Now is the time to make necessary improvements so we can purposefully achieve our goals properly. The moon is illuminated by the sun, visibly looking almost full.

Full Moon

• Honor personal growth and appreciate yourself for designing the path, that leads to your personal intentions.

• Free yourself from any negativity, do not allow draining energy to latch on to your being.

• Create a magical routine using pure energy. Charge gemstones and crystals and engage in a gratitude-focused meditation.

The fifth phase in the lunar cycle is the Full Moon. This phase is a period of festivity and materialization, meaning your intentions have come to fruition over the past 4 phases. Deciding to have some mindfulness time to acknowledge personal creations, will bring clarity and inner guidance. Celebrating success through gratitude writing, will gift one with prosperity. Gratitude always amplifies our results, if we are truly thankful, wholeheartedly. Structured energy surrounds the spiritual body and is needed for recognition. When the universe gifts one with personal creations, there is still effort required to keep what one has received. Do not give up in energy, once you have gotten what you desire. Consistency is needed to tend to your creations, or the meaningful energy put into your passions will dissipate. We must continue to put energy into our innovations even after receiving the manifestation. The moon is illuminated fully and glows brilliantly. This is the most energetic phase of the moon.

Waning Gibbous

• Meditate on the perspectives and clarity one has discovered during the process.

• Nurture a sense of thankfulness, through a gratitude journal and prayer.

• Enlighten the people closest to you through vivid illustration, when spreading awareness.

The sixth phase in the lunar cycle is the Waning Gibbous. This phase is a time for self-examination and thankfulness. Sharing intellectual perceptions we have gained along the way; is helpful for the connections we hold dear to ourselves. As we are thankful for our adventure, we must be aware of the areas we have improved in. We have enhanced spiritually and intellectually throughout the lunar cycle. Self-design energy surrounds the spiritual being and is leading the way for introspection. Reflecting for self-transformation becomes an everlasting task. Reflection becomes a great way to manage organization within the self. Realization of sophisticated growth opens up new pathways for further enhancement. Now is the time to think about what we should let go of. The moon is visibly illuminated, nearly close to full.

Last Quarter

• Channel your energy towards freeing yourself from negative feelings and forces.

• Purify the spirit and home, through herbalism such as smudge sticks/sage, holy wood and meditative incense.

• Free yourself from past grudges and nurture the power of forgiveness.

The seventh phase in the lunar cycle is the Last Quarter. This phase is a period of surrender and release. At this moment we are to detach from habits that do not serve our highest purpose. These habits could be in the form of negative thought patterns, or even restrictive thinking. Keeping a good grip on our mental health, is needed during moments of release. Freeing energy is surrounding the spiritual being and is guiding one to detach and re-design. This energy is clearing the way for new creative intentions. Forgiving is a part of freeing mental attachments, that are no longer advancing oneself. Developing the skill of forgiving can be difficult. Although, forgiveness is a necessary action for our well-being. During this phase it will be beneficial to cleanse our mind, body, and spirit. The moon is beginning to decrease in illumination. The imagery is a half-moon that looks like its fading.

Waning Crescent

• Review your spiritual evolution and make space for the transformation that the next cycle promises.

• Embrace moments of stillness to replenish your spirit and highlight tranquility for mental wellness.

• Nurturing your spiritual energy through self-love, is essential for the lunar cycle to come.

The eighth phase in the lunar cycle is the Waning Crescent. This phase is a wonderful time to rest and analyze on present energy. This is the final phase and is encouraging one to look within and embrace healing. Rest is needed so we can regenerate, to become full of energy again before the upcoming lunar cycle. One can look at this stage as an opportunity to restore our vitality. Positive reinforcement through mantras is beneficial for our inner belief system. Healing energy surrounds the spiritual being and promotes self-love for the new moon coming. It's also important to meditate when relaxing, this helps to engage in present moment awareness. Align yourself with the next shift of energy, by unwinding and taking the time to sit with private thoughts. The visible crescent fades with each night leading to darkness in the sky, as it transitions to the new moon.

The moons lunar cycle is a great navigation system for our spiritual essence. Synchronizing our mindset and actions with the phases of the moon, encourage us to work with present moment energy. Setting intentions and learning how to reflect on ourselves, is needed for expansion within our mind. When we enhance within our mind, everything in our material world becomes optimistic and new. Change is important and everlasting. A presence of change is in every day, every phase, and every lunar cycle we take part in. Setting goals, putting forth energy, tending to our own seeds, and celebrating success seems like an ongoing process. Although, the lunar cycle is 28 days, and these stages occur for our spiritual being every month. Becoming aligned and in tune with the moon, will enhance us energetically as we grow our intellect.
